Selling your house doesn't need to feel like negotiating with Romulans, Hutts, or Ferengis (or whatever scoundrel from whichever fandom you prefer). With me at the helm, I aim to make this transaction as transparent and easy of a process with no need for any Jedi mind trick!

When you list your home with me,  I will be like your own personal starship captain, boldly taking you where no other agent has taken you before.  This isn't just a single away mission where I come over, take a gander, give you the first number I conjure up - there will be multiple trips and lots to go over.

During our first meeting, I will be completely honest about what fixes your house might need, give you suggestions on how to add curb appeal to your home, and make sure that I have all the information so when I give you a comparable market analysis of the market and your home, you will be able to make the most informed decision for you.

Also during that meeting, I'll also be gathering data about your home that a potential buyer might want such as age of mechanical systems (HVAC, water heater, etc), age of the roof, any improvements and upgrades you have made, etc.

Once I have all the information I think I may need, I'll transport back to my office and start comparing apples to apples.  The goal is to help you understand that your neighbor down the street may have sold their house for more (or less) because of certain things.  Together, we will look at photos and neighborhood data, how long homes in the area are on the market. Like any good Captain, I will help you make the best decision for you and your personal crew, hopefully navigating you through this markets with more ups and downs than a Vulcan going through Pon Farr. 

Sellers, like starship captains, have a lot of responsibilities. It's more than just signing a contract and me sticking a sign in your yard.
